5 Transjakarta Lines Rerouted due to Road Closure around DPR

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - City bus operator Transportasi Jakarta or Transjakarta is forced to redirect several bus routes following the road closure around the House of Representatives (DPR) building set by Jakarta Metro Police in anticipation of demonstrations today, Oct. 17.
“To continue serving customers, several bus operational services will be rerouted,” said the corporate’s spokesperson Nadia Diposanjoyo in a statement, Thursday.
The followings are today's rerouting of the bus trip:
Line 9: Pinang Ranti - Pluit. The bus heading to Pluit will not pass Senayan JCC until Slipi Petamburan bus stops.
Line 3F: Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) - Kalideres. The bus service in Senayan JCC and Slipi Petamburan bus stops is not available.
Line 4A: TU Gas - Grogol. The service in Senayan JCC and Slipi Petamburan bus stops is not available.
Line 9A: PGC - Pluit. The bus heading to Pluit will not stop at Senayan JCC and Slipi Petamburan bus stops.
Line 9K: Kampung Rambutan - Grogol. The bus heading to Grogol will not pass Senayan JCC until Slipi Kemanggisan bus stops.
According to Nadia, the Transjakarta service will return to normal by the time the closed roads around the DPR building are reopened. Previously reported, Jakarta Metro Police have applied traffic engineering around the Parliament building.
