TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesia U16 football team in the 2020 AFC U-16 qualifiers made a dominant performance by scoring 15-1 against the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in the match held at Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, today.
Indonesia scored six goals in the first half and scored another nine in the second half.
Four goals were made by Ahmad Athallah Araihan and thanks to the agility of Marselino Ferdinan for his five goals, while Ruy Arianto and Wahyu Pratama made two goals each. Adity Daffa and Mikael Tata also had each one goal at the Northern Mariana’s goalkeeper.
Meanwhile, Jim Kurt Maniago secured one goal for the Northern Mariana Islands. He skillfully kicked the ball passing Indonesia’s goalkeeper Putra Kacien.
The performance of Indonesia national team corresponds to coach Bima Sakti who instructed his team members to use every opportunity to score a goal as it will become a significant factor in the 2020 AFC U16 qualifiers.
