TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Constitutional Court (MK) panel of judges adjourned the presidential election dispute trial until Tuesday, June 18, 2019, after the General Elections Commission (KPU) was unable to attend the hearing on Monday due to technical issues.
KPU chairman Arief Budiman said that flight tickets were not available for Monday in order to present regional KPU members. He asserted the delay was mainly caused by technical problems and mentioned past challenges in presenting 36 regional representatives.

“The request of the respondent is partially granted. This means there will be no trial on Monday, but rather on Tuesday,” said judicial panel chief justice Anwar Usman at the MK trial today.
Tuesday’s agenda will see KPU’s and the Election Supervisory Board’s response and the Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin legal team.
This reschedule will effectively move the schedule of other MK trials, which will later be announced in detail, said Anwar.
