“We want to have one complete detailed explanation on the figures who were arrested, on why they were arrested. It will be thoroughly explained tomorrow to the public,” said Wiranto today.

Fauka Noor Farid has lately taken the public spotlight since he was once a member of the Tim Mawar that is notoriously known to be the team that kidnapped Indonesian activists in the 1997-1998 national crises.

He is currently suspected of sparking the May 21-May 22 riots in Jakarta. However, Fauka denied any involvement in an interview published in the latest Tempo magazine edition. He also maintained that "Tim Mawar" is blamed for numerous public disorders.
