TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Election Supervisory Agency said the report filed by the Prabowo-Sandiaga campaign team (BPN) on alleged fraud that was structured, systematic and massive surrounding the elections was unacceptable.
The agency said the evidence presented for the suspected involvement of civil servants (ASN) by the Jokowi-Ma’ruf camp was only in the form of news copies.
“We determine and state that the report of an alleged administrative violation cannot be accepted,” said Bawaslu chairman Abhan at his headquarters in Central Jakarta on Monday, May 20.

The report was handed by the former Armed Forces (TNI) commander Djoko Santoso and National Mandate Party (PAN) politicians Ahmad Hanafi Rais and Dian Islamiati Fatwa.
“The links to news articles cannot stand on their own and must be supported by other pieces of evidence. Such supporting evidence includes documents, letters, or video proof of a government apparatus or election committee that is directly linked to the reported,” said Bawaslu member Fritz Edward Siregar.

Fritz maintains that after further analysis, the reporting party could not show compelling evidence of a systematic election rigging, which is said to be a meeting that was initiated by the individual reported to the Bawaslu.
