TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-owned mining company PT Timah Tbk held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) at Hotel Pullman Jakarta, April 23. The meeting decided on a dividend payout to shareholders, with a total amount of Rp185.97 billion.

"The dividend paid to shareholders is 35 percent of profit or Rp185.97 billion," President director Riza Pahlevi Tabrani said in a press statement.

The company posted a net profit of Rp531.36 billion last year. Riza said that the figure reflects a 6-percent increase from the last year's achievement.
