Police Deploy 5,500 Personnel to Secure Easter Celebration

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Metro Police deploy 5,500 personnel to secure the celebration of the Christian holiday, Easter, starting from the Good Friday on April 19.
"We'll deploy 5,500 personnel to safeguard Easter celebration," said the police's chief of public relation, Comr. Sr. Argo Yuwono at his office, Thursday, April 18.
Argo said his institution had mapped the technical plan; starting from the security at churches until the traffic flow.
He said the police had coordinated with related churches regarding the worship time.
"We've talked with the clergies about when will the Mass be held; is it evening or morning. We have coordinated for its security," he remarked.
