Indonesia - Saudi Arabia Meeting Discuss Aid for Palestinians

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The meeting between Indonesian President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and Saudi Arabia foreign affairs Minister Adel Al Jubeir at the Royal Guest House in Riyadh on Sunday, April 14, talked about promoting a peaceful and tolerant Islam, overcoming terrorism, and aid for Palestinians.
The Indonesian foreign affairs Minister Retno P. Marsudi said in a statement that the future of Palestine will be more challenging and is the obligation of Indonesian and Saudi Arabia to improve its partnership for the sake of the Palestinians.

She said that the meeting between Jokowi and Adel also talked about the bilateral relations of the two countries and that both countries share the same value across a number of issues.
