Prabowo Boasts Ability in Spotting Spy During Campaign

TEMPO.CO, Solo - During a campaign in Sriwedari Stadium, Wednesday, April 10, presidential candidate number 02 Prabowo Subianto said that not only his supporters were presented in the event. "Some of them are spies," he said.
He claimed to have a way of recognizing spies among thousands of audiences.
According to the former Army general, the expression of a secret agent could be seen when he mentioned the real number of participant in his campaign. “Usually, a spy must be laughing [to hear it],” he underlined, adding that it would be contrasted while he made jokes.

The way Prabowo explained his method on how to differentiate supporters and undercover agent instantly followed by audiences’ laugh. “Well, there are three people who do not laugh, probably they are spies,” he added.
The Gerindra patron chief then compared a spy and state apparatus in duty. “If he is obviously in duty, he will always remain in silent and never laugh,” he added.
Prabowo further expressed his trust and gratitude to the Indonesian Military (TNI) and National Police for both institution’s commitment to maintaining neutrality in the 2019 general elections.
