TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Magetan Regency, East Java, indicated a student mobilization in the campaign of vice presidential candidate number 02 Sandiaga Uno at Ki Mageti Sports Hall, on Monday, April 8.
"We have found some students boarding two buses to come here (campaign location)," said the Magelang Bawaslu spokesman Muris Subiantoro on the sidelines of supervision measure of the event.
Bawaslu knew those millennials were students after questioning the related party. Besides, there were school attributes such as school uniforms and hats displaying the identity of the private educational institution in Ponorogo regency.

"We will further examine this whether it is coordinated by the school. Moreover, the campaign takes place on a school day," Muris explained.
Responding to the findings, Bawaslu planned to conduct a plenary meeting in light of an alleged campaign violation. If necessary, the board will visit the school for clarification or investigation. "If it really needs to be done," Muris told reporters.
Based on Tempo's observation, a number of young people did participate in Sandiaga Uno’s campaign. They donned a light blue shirt and cream-colored pants. Those who called themselves the Indonesian Millennial Movement (GMI) presented a dance show on stage to greet the running mate of Prabowo Subianto.
