KPK Commemorates 2 Years Novel Baswedan Case Investigation

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Next week will mark 2 years of Police investigation on the acid attack made against Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigator Novel Baswedan was initially launched. Still without any reveal of who might have been the perpetrator behind the attack.
KPK employees plan to commemorate this by holding an event at the KPK headquarters in Kuningan, Jakarta, on April 11.
“Next week, KPK will commemorate the stagnant investigation on the attack against Novel Baswedan, which nearly blinded him, however, the suspect remains to be caught,” said KPK’s employee group (wadah pegawai KPK) chairman, Yudi Purnomo on April 4.
One of many reasons that made the group commemorate the attack is to constantly remind police to swiftly solve the Novel Baswedan acid attack case.
Yudi said that the event’s invite has been spread to numerous anti-graft organizations, former KPK leaders, and former KPK employees.
