KPK Names Krakatau Steel Director Suspect of Bribery

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has officially named Krakatau Steel technology and production director Wisnu Kuncoro as a suspect of bribery case in service and goods procurement between Krakatau Steel and private parties.
"KPK has completed the examination after found initial evidence and raised the status of the case into the investigation level," said KPK deputy Saut Situmorang at his office in South Jakarta, Saturday, March 23.
Besides Wisnu, KPK also named three other people as suspects, namely Alexander Muskitta, Kenneth Sutardja, and Kurniawan Eddy from private parties. Wisnu and Alex are the bribe recipients while Kenneth and Kurniawan are the bribers. But Saut said that Kurniawan Eddy was still on the run.
On late Friday, March 15, KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) and arrested one of the boards of directors of Krakatau Steel.
