The Densus 88 team suspected that Rinto is a member of the Abu Hamzah terrorist group, one of the small terrorist groups affiliated with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
After preliminary investigation, it was discovered that Rinto was planning to bomb the police headquarters in Lampung and Jakarta. The police found a number of items suspected to be bomb-making materials.
"He kept the items in the attic of a neighbor's house," Dedi said.
