TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Royal Malaysian Police is currently hunting down the mastermind behind the murder of two Indonesian nationals who were brutally mutilated in a region in Malaysia.
“The individual that is believed to be the intellectual actor is being hunted down,” said Brig. Gen. Dedi Prasetyo, Indonesian National Police Spokesman today, Feb. 26.

Police desperately need the witness testimony from this individual to back up police suspicions on the involvement of two Pakistan nationals who were briefly apprehended but then released. Authorities believe that the Pakistanis acted as executors.
“These two men continued to deny any involvement during the questioning,” said Dedi.
As reported yesterday, two Indonesian textile entrepreneurs identified as Nuryanto and Ai Munawaroh were discovered mutilated near the Buloh River in Selangor, Malaysia on January 29.
