TEMPO.CO, JakartaIndonesia Property Expo is officially commenced today, February 2, at Hall A and B of Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan, Central Jakarta. As many as 167 developers offer 869 housing and apartment projects throughout the country to the visitors.

"State-owned Enterprises Minister Rini Soemarno and board of directors of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) will attend the event," BTN stated in a written statement received by Tempo in Jakarta.

This month's exhibition marked the 17th event of Indonesia Property Expo organized by BTN, in collaboration with Adhouse Clarion Events. BTN claimed that the property expo is the biggest exhibition held in Indonesia with the transaction of more than Rp18 trillion annually.

The Indonesia Property Expo will be held for three times this year; the first is on February 2-10; then on July 27 to August 4; and November 23 to December 1.

It offers various promo such as 1 percent Down Payment (DP), 30-year credit period, a low-interest rate at 6.69 percent, and price starts from Rp130 million.

The organizers targetted that the Indonesia Property Expo in February will be attended by 350,000 visitors. The visitor can enter the venue for free and event enlisted for a door prize of one unit of Daihatsu Ayla which will be voted at the end of the event.
