  • TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Vice presidential candidate Sandiaga Uno reportedly will focus his campaign efforts during the last three months of the campaign at Java Island. He says that Java’s three major provinces will be key to win the 2019 presidential election.

“We are eyeing on three key provinces in Central Java, East Java, and West Java,” said Sandiaga Uno at the national secretariat office in Central Jakarta on Monday night.

However, Sandiaga assured that regions that he has yet visited will not be entirely forgotten and that there may come times where he revisits places he’s been at for the next 100 days.

He claims to have visited 1,002 campaign locations up to January 7, 2019 and has expressed his eagerness to visit regions in Indonesia’s far east region of Papua.

“We will be at the places we have yet visited,” said Sandiaga Uno.
