TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) announced that Indonesia’s capital of Jakarta is predicted to be showered by rainfall starting from noon to late in the afternoon today.
BMKG also issued an early weather warning that will affect Jakarta’s five administration areas. “Beware of the potential of a medium-to-intense rain accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds in North, Central, West, East, and South Jakarta,” BMKG announced in its official page.
Meanwhile, BMKG announced that the Thousand Islands (Kepulauan Seribu) will be shrouded by thick clouds that will last until the evening.
Jakarta`s average temperature according to BMKG will maintain at the level of 24-32 degrees Celsius with a level of an 80-100 percent humidity level.
