TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Known Japanese actress and adult film star Maria Ozawa went through an unpleasant experience at Bali immigration agency on Tuesday and Wednesday while attending her friend`s birthday, which she said was taken advantage by immigration employees to take selfies with her.
According to Maria, after attending Barbie Nouva’s birthday party, she was approached by two people claiming to be from Bali immigration office and requested her to show her passport to them.
However, after obtaining her passport, the two immediately left the location with Maria Ozawa’s passport without providing any information. “We all panicked, called up some people.. Canceled the party and went straight to the immigration office,” Maria stated in her Instagram post on Wednesday, November 7.

Furthermore, according to her post, she claimed that the immigration office received a tip from an individual who reported that Maria’s visit was to do business or something that violates her presence in the country.
After more than two hours of interrogation, which she said was irrelevant, she was asked to sign a letter and obtained her passport again.
“They told me how famous I am in Indonesia and as I was walking out from the office, they asked me to take a selfie with them,” she wrote in the same post, which clearly baffled her.
Maria Ozawa maintained that what she experienced was “so wrong in so many ways,” but called for the Indonesian public to stop harassing her every time she visits the country. “Wake up Indonesia, I know you guys are better,” she wrote at the end of her Instagram post.
