TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will probe Lippo Group CEO James Riady as a witness in the alleged bribery case of Meikarta project, today, Tuesday, October 30.

KPK probed James after searching his house on October 18. KPK seized documents, cash, and financial evidence. However, KPK investigators did not seize any evidence from James Riady’s house.

KPK has held the sting operation (OTT) in Bekasi and Surabaya on October 14 and October 15.

KPK suspected that the bribe was given by Lippo Group Operational Director Billy Sindoro, the two consultants and one Lippo Group employee.
