TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The foods that we consume play an important role in the health of our bodies. Healthy food is highly recommended because the body will absorb the nutrients from the foods.

The following is the dietary habits of healthy living that you must apply every day.

1. Vegetables and Fruits Consumption

Vegetables and fruits are healthy foods that are highly recommended for the body. Vegetables contain lots of fiber and other beneficial ingredients for the body, while fruits are a source of vitamins for the human body.

2. Adequate Carbohydrate Consumption

Excessive consumption of carbohydrates is not good for the body, because it can cause high blood sugar and fat storage. It is recommended to consume brown rice, especially for those who want to reduce the sugar level in the body.

3. No Junk Foods Consumption

Junk food only promotes flavor and full portion but lacks nutrition. There are some foods that contain cholesterol, not to mention the manufacturing process that is not hygienic or not in accordance with the health standards.

4. Sufficient Water Consumption

Water has many benefits for the body. This is inseparable from the composition of the body which consists of a lot of fluids. Drink water routinely makes your body healthier.
