TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will again quiz Fenny Steffy Burase in an alleged corruption case surrounding the Aceh Special Autonomy Fund (DOKA).
Steffy Burase will be questioned as a witness for non-active Aceh governor Irwandi Yusuf, who has been named a suspect. "The person will be questioned as a witness for IY," KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah said on Friday, October 5.
Steffy is one of the three witnesses the KPK has barred from travelling abroad for six months since July 6. KPK investigators are presently still looking into the alleged bribery involving DOKA for the Aceh Marathon event.

The anti-graft agency suspected Irwandi received Rp500 million in bribe money from Bener Meriah Regent Ahmadi. The KPK alleged the money was part of the Rp1.5 billion Irwandi demanded as a license fee for infrastructure development projects, which sourced from DOKA in the 2018 fiscal year.
In the indictment against Ahmadi, the KPK stated that Irwandi received the bribe money totaling Rp1,050,000,000 from Ahmadi. The Rp500 million bribe money was allegedly used for the Aceh Marathon event.
