TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Chairman of Indonesia Asian Para Games 2018 Organizing Committee (Inapgoc) Raja Sapta Oktohari said the 2018 Asian Para Games opening ceremony would carry the theme of the ocean.

“Indonesia consists of mountains and seas, and is rich in culture,” Okto said at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta, Thursday night, September 27.
