TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The continental multi-sport event held every four years 2018 Asian Games will end soon. The closing ceremony takes place on Sunday, September 2, at Gelora Bung Karno main stadium, Senayan, Central Jakarta. Similar to its opening ceremony, the event will start in the evening at 7 PM. 

Indonesian Asian Games Organizing Committee (INASGOC) creative director Wishnutama said the closing ceremony will feature different concept than the opening on August 18. Other than the simpler stage, the preparation of the event did not take a long time. 

"The point is, this is a celebration and the unity of Asian nations, so there will be performers from other countries. Besides celebration, a hand-over procession to the next host of upcoming Asian Games," Wishnutama said during a press conference Monday, August 27.

Here are seven facts about the closing ceremony of Asian Games: 

1. A total of 55,000 seats provided for spectators. However, 20 percent of them is allocated for special guests and invitations. 

2. Some 40,000 tickets are sold for the public. 

3. The tickets are fully-booked within 24 minutes after the sale is open on Tuesday, August 28. On late Friday, August 31, all tickets are sold out. 

4. The cheapest price of the closing ceremony tickets is Rp500,000. 

5. While the most expensive one worth Rp2 million per ticket. 

6. As many as 9,422 joint personnel from Police and Military Force (TNI) assigned to guard the event. 

7. Three huge screens will be installed at GBK complex for those spectators who could not purchase the closing ceremony ticket of 2018 Asian Games
