TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - To make a cheese stick that is really delicious, you need to do lots of experiments, one of them is by trying the Cheese Stick Recipe.

The crunchy cheese stick is good to be enjoyed while chatting or watching television. The business opportunity is also opened, especially considering the ingredients that are easy to obtain and the practical way to process it.

Ingredients:

500 grams of flour

250 grams of sago flour

180 grams of grated cheddar cheese

150 grams of margarine

1 tablespoon of refined sugar

3 eggs

70 milliliters of water

How to make:

1. Mix the flour, sago flour, cheese, margarine, refined sugar, eggs, and water, knead, until it becomes smooth.

2. Squeeze the dough using the pasta maker with the thickness according to your taste. Mill it again using the flat pasta maker. Cut into pieces, 10 cm long, do it until the dough runs out.

3. Fry in hot oil until it turns golden yellow, remove and drain it. Store in an airtight container. Ready to be served.
