TEMPO.CO, Maumere - State oil company Pertamina is allocating Rp20 trillion until 2020 for the development of oil and gas infrastructure. The company's logistics, supply chain, and infrastructure director Gandhi Sriwidodo said many of their facilities are old and require rejuvenation.
Gandhi said Pertamina also needs additional developments for logistics support—including fuel depots.
"Until 2020 we are allocating Rp20 trillion to build infrastructure and facilities—especially for fuel and LPG," he said on July 29.
Gandhi added that the details of the company's development plan will be conveyed today at Maumere, East Nusa Tenggara, during a groundbreaking ceremony for the Maumere Fuel Terminal expansion project.
"We will detail-out our oil and gas infrastructure investment plans from Sumatra to Papua," he said.
