TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The committee of the IMF-World Bank meeting said that 10 ASEAN leaders are scheduled to attend the meeting, which will be held in Bali in October.
"We will hold a high level ASEAN leaders gathering; hopefully on October 11th," Peter Jacobs, the executive chairman of the 2018 Annual IMF-World Bank Summit, said in Bali on Friday, July 27.
Peter said the gathering is a side event, but a high-level one as it will be attended by Southeast Asian country leaders, including Indonesia as the host.

He added that 20 heads of states who are also acting as Finance Minister and/or Central Bank Governors of their respective countries are also invited to participate in the grand meeting. Usually, he said, smaller countries' head of state are concurrently the finance minister or central bank governor.
The 2018 IMF-World Bank meeting will see the attendance of some 18,000 delegates from 189 nations. The delegates include heads of state, finance ministers, central bank governors, financial and economic actors, practitioners, academics, and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
