TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The world of employment is said to be the first step into  thereal life as you have to compete to grab everything and anything. Even if you are among the best graduate from your institute, it does not mean you can effortlessly get a job.

There are a lot of people whose predicate as best graduates and a lot of competitions to get a dream job. Here Tempo summarized tips to gain success in a job for fresh graduate, as quoted from Time.

1. Show a positive behavior

At the beginning of your job, you have to make a good impression. For example, be willing to do a job that you are asked to, offering helps to your co-worker, and show that you are an energetic, diligent, hard worker, and collaborative. Don’t be afraid to ask, especially clarifications about your tasks.

2. Build a good relationship with your co-worker

Don’t be hesitate to introduce yourself to your co-worker, either on the same division or others. More co-workers you have known, the easier you can do for your job. Start to create a compact teamwork. Don’t be hesitate to help your co-worker thus they will do the same to you.

3. Keep learning

When there is a chance to expand your career in your workplace, be willing to take it. Grabbing a new chance means a new challenge and that you will learn new things. Don’t be hesitate to ask for feedback or suggestions from your leader as your consideration before taking a decision.
