TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State airport operator Angkasa Pura I (AP1) of Bandara Adi Soemarmo in Central Java said it had not received any rerouted flight from Yogyakarta following Mount Merapi's eruption. The volcano erupted this morning, May 11, at around 07:32.
"No reroutes so far, but we are ready to take them in," AP1 airport operations and service department manager Purwanto said in Solo, Friday.

He said the management of Adi Soemarmo Airport is keeping in touch with Yogyakarta's Adi Sucipto Airport, as well as the Airport Emergency Plane committee and other stakeholders.
"AP1 is also considering other airports to reroute flights," he said.

So far, all flights to and from Solo have been determined safe, and no reroutes have been announced.
