TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 was officially launched for the Indonesian market on Monday, April 23.

The following are four interesting facts about the launch of ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1:

1. First released in Indonesia

The reason for this was mentioned by ASUS Southeast Asia Regional Director Benjamin Yeh at the Ritz Carlton Ballroom in SCBD yesterday. “The ZenFone Max Pro M1 was first released in Indonesia; it means that Indonesia is a crucial market for ASUS,” he said.

2. Snapdragon 636 chipset

The performance of the ZenFone Max Pro M1 is maximized by the Snapdragon 636 chipset with an Adreno 509 GPU. Interestingly, the Snapdragon 636 uses a Kyro 260 microarchitecture usually found at the 800 series which is claimed to be 50 percent more effective than the Snapdragon 625.

3. Fast charging with 5,000 mAh battery

Other than the Qualcomm chipset, ASUS equipped its smartphone with a relatively powerful battery that enables the gadget to be used for 12 hours nonstop for normal use that includes playing mobile games. This battery life expectancy is surely an option for travelers.

4. Offered in 3 RAM types

The ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 is offered in three RAM versions. The first option has a 3 GB RAM/32 GB ROM storage capacity, the second has a 4 GB RAM/ 64 GB ROM, and the third is equipped with 6 GB RAM/ 64 GB ROM.
