TEMPO.CO, Banten - Tourism Affairs Minister Arief Yahya is expected to attend the "Seba Baduy" celebration which will be held in Banten Provincial District of Lebak on April 20.

"Seba Baduy is an annual cultural event which is carried out by the Baduy community," public relations officer of Lebak District, Aep Dian Hendriawan, said here on Wednesday.

Around of 2,000 people of Baduy community dressed in white with white headbands and outer community of Baduy dressed in white with black headbands will enliven the celebration.

The cultural rituals celebration event of the Baduy community will feature a variety of crafts, including woven cloth, koja handbags, batik and various souvenirs.

In addition, the celebration organizing committee will also showcase various culinary products typical of Lebak community, such as "banana sale", snack and traditional food, including fish shredded.

"We believe that this year's Seba Baduy celebration would be able to boost the visits of foreign and domestic tourists," Hendriawan pointed out.
