TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Many fancy restaurants have spread all over Jakarta. The customer is likely from an upper-class who proud to enjoy lunch or dinner in a fine-dining place.

The elite restaurant usually displays an elegant concept as well as extravagant dishes which set at an unbelievable price. Let’s check those fancy restaurants that offer the most expensive menu.

1. Kokoro Restaurant

This Japanese restaurant required the visitor to pay dearly. For each package, the price set at 2,8 up to 3 million rupiahs. However, the price is worth the dish.

The five-star menu of Japanese authentic cuisine is presented for the visitor which brings them to feel like they are in Japan.

Similar to the elite restaurants in the country of the rising sun, Kokoro Restaurant limits its customer to 48 visitors each day. Located in Cikini, Central Jakarta, the restaurant is hidden since no signboard is attached as to maintain its customer’s privacy. The founder wants those people eating here have a true dedication to an authentic culinary.

2. Namaaz Dining

What you see is not what you taste. That phrase suits the restaurant menu. Namaaz Dining is located in Senopati, South Jakarta. The Chef, Andrian Ishak, invites the guests to enjoy a gastronomic-style sensation with molecular cooking techniques. This cooking technique is a culinary innovation that relies on the process of chemical transformation of the food ingredients.

Each meal produced in this restaurant is presented in unique looks such as stone, charcoal, or pencil. To experience a multi-sensory dining, a visitor needs to pay Rp1,25 million per package which includes 17 dishes from appetizer to dessert.

3. Sushi Ichi

Sushi Ichi is an alternative restaurant for those who miss Japanese sushi. The ingredient, especially the fish, are directly imported from Tsukiji fish market every day. The cook is also the native Japanese master chef. Located at Pullman Hotel, M.H. Thamrin, Central Jakarta, a visitor must pay at least Rp2.8 million for a meal.

4. Shy Rooftop

As cited in the restaurant search application, Zomato, a guest needs to spend Rp4 million for having dinner in this fancy place located in Kemang, South Jakarta. However, the beautiful view of city lights from the fifth floor and its elite concept will be worth the expensive price tag.

Shy Rooftop is an elegant lounge and café which offers western style cuisine in beautiful platting. Various classy wine and rums also add to the exclusive atmosphere.

5. Tatemukai

The fine-dining restaurant located in Grand Indonesia, Central Jakarta, provides two menu packages, namely lunch dinner and buffet dinner. Both are priced at Rp1.7 million per person.

One of the menus, sperm bag of cod, is the most hunted by the visitors. The reservation-only restaurant features an authentic Japanese dining concept which its interior design made of wood and stone materials.
