TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined Adiguna Sutowo as a witness in a bribery case for an aircraft engine and supply of Airbus S.A.S and Rolls-Royce by PT Garuda Indonesia.
"KPK probes Adiguna Sutowo for ESA (Emirsyah Satar) as the suspect," said KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah when confirmed on Tuesday, March 20.
Adiguna Sutowo is one of the founders of Mugi Rekso Abadi (MRA) Group. He established it with a suspect of Garuda's bribery, Soetikno Soedarjo and another businessman, Onky Soemarno.
