Yusmada explained the construction took place at Jalan Tentara Pelajar, Gelora, Gerbang Pemuda, until Palmerah Selatan. “The total length (of the lane) is 4,2 kilometer with various wide at 1,5 to 6 meter. The project indeed our main goal prior to Asian Games in August 2018,” he said.

Apart from Sudirman-Thamrin sidewalk project, the construction at GBK did not require road widening or lane addition. The one lane was 3,5 meter in average length. “We applied lane consistent concept which means we maximized the existing lane, so (the road) will be more organized,” Yusmada stated.
