TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A photographer and model, Aldila Wulandari, or Dylan Sada recently uploaded photos and videos of herself experiencing violence by her partner. Her face was bruised in several parts.
Through the videos and photos uploaded on her Instagram account yesterday, Dylan Sada explained the reason she revealed her bitter experience on social media.
"The only reason I post this is because I do not want anyone to experience and suffer what I've been through," Dylan wrote. At first, she said to break up her partner. But apparently, Dylan was getting verbally abused and made her reluctant to cut off the relationship, "I'm scared," Dylan went on.
Earlier Dylan had to lie concerning a job modeling offer. She said to had an accident that caused her face bruised. Not only face, her tongue and even head wounded. She claimed that her partner had pulled her hair hard and slammed herself to the floor. Large lumps appeared in her head due to the incident.
Dylan further said that she has been wrong to hope her partner could change. In fact, her expectation did not happen at all. "I was hurt and so heartbroken but I managed to hide this pain," she posted.
According to Dylan, the verbal abuse she experienced was the worst of physical abuse. The scars and bruise will slowly disappear. "But the pain (of verbal abuse) lasts forever," she said.
Dylan Sada is an Indonesian-born artist living in the United States. She is the grandson of Pranowo Djojodinito or Pranadjaja, an Indonesian Seriosa singer and founder of Bina Vokalia.
