TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Online transportation service provider, Grab Indonesia, is the official mobile platform partner for the 2018 Asian Games. The company is ready to provide transportation services for the athletes participating in the sports event.
Grab Indonesia managing director Ridzki Kramadibrata, said Grab will serve more than 15,000 athletes, contingent members, and hundreds of thousands of visitors, including tourists, both local and foreign, in Jakarta and Palembang from August 18 to September 2.

"We want to support the Asian Games because this is a great event, the potential for our business is also high during this moment," Ridzki said during the launching event of Grab Official Partner Asian Games 2018 in Palembang, Tuesday, February 20.
Grab estimates that a surgein bookings during the event. Ridzki said the company is making analyses to project the likely amount of that surge.
The 2018 Asian Games will be held in two cities located on different islands. Therefore, Grab creates a system tailored to the characters of each city.
