TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The defendant of the e-KTP project corruption case, Setya Novanto, denied set up a 5 percent fee for his colleague in the DPR from the e-KTP project. The denial responded to the Andi Agustinus alias Andi Narogong’s testimony in the continued trial of the e-KTP project corruption case.
"The meeting in Equity Tower, about me asking for 5 percent, is not true," Setya said in response to Andi's testimony at the Corruption Court, Central Jakarta, on Monday, January 22.
Setya also said that Andi has reported the problem in the pledge of fees to the members of House of Representatives. He claimed to have pocketed a number of names that have reported by Andi. "Who are the people, I will write the names and then I will give it to the prosecutor," said Setya.

Setya clarified his relationship with Johannes Marliem in an e-KTP project. Johannes Marliem, only as the provider of Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS). "I did not listen carefully, but Andi said that whoever will be, I will have mine," said Setya.
Setya Novanto denial responded to Andi Narogong's testimony about Setya’s role in the e-KTP project. Andi said Setya also consented to a 5 percent fee for members of the House and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The value reached up to Rp500 billion.
Andi said the most significant is when there was a meeting in Equity Tower between Setya, Chairuman Harahap, Paulus Tannos with Irman. All three charge Irman to complete the 5 percent fee for the DPR. "It is charged, the five percent for the DPR," said Andi.
Hearing the Setya’s denial, Andi persisted in his testimony when was asked by the judges whether his testimony would be changed. "I remain on my statement," said Andi. Similarly, Setya Novanto insisted on his testimony.
