Datsun Cross Ground Clearance Reaches 20 Centimeters

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Nissan Financial Services Indonesia held the world premiere Datsun Cross event in Kota Kasablanka Mall, Jakarta, on Thursday, January 18.

The event is the first time in the world. Datsun officially introduces their latest product, the Datsun Cross. The event also presented the three units of Datsun Cross with gold color.

The Datsun officials presented at the event include Corporate Vice President of Nissan Motor Co. and Global Head of Datsun, Jose Roman, also Nissan Motor Co. Regional Senior Vice President, Yutaka Sanada and President Director of Nissan Motor Indonesia, Eiichi Koito.

"Thank you for joining us in this special opportunity," Yutaka Sanada said in his presentation at the Datsun Cross world premiere event.

Datsun claims that the car is designed for various driving conditions, and suitable for the Indonesian market. The car has a 200 mm ground clearance, a sturdy body cladding and the underbody skid plates designed specifically to pass through various road conditions in Indonesia.

Datsun Cross comes with a manual transmission and X-Tronic CVT. The CVT technology can improve the ability and comfort of driving.
