A bad mood can actually damage the immune system, slow down weight loss efforts, and cause a headache. But, there are also foods that can help make us feel extraordinary because supplying nutrients. This allows the brain to produce neurotransmitters and give a good mood.

It's important to consume food and increase your mood. Here's a list of foods to improve the mood naturally.

1. Salmon

Salmon is a great mood booster food and contains important omega-3 fatty acids. This essential nutrient is needed to produce energy, brain activity, and blood circulation. Eating fatty fish will increase the dopamine hormone that makes the mood stay happy.

2. Chocolate

Eating dark chocolate every day will reduce the stress hormones, including cortisol. Also, chocolate has more antioxidants than other foods.

3. Avocado
