Yedi is at the hospital to help the victims. He explained that the power outage in the area forced the evacuees to use candles and it halted the evacuation process.
“People were panicked because of the darkness caused by the power outage,” Yedi added. “At the moment we use candles and flashlight from our phones,” he continued.
Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) recorded that the earthquake reached 6.5 Richter scale (SR). BMKG even recorded that it reached 7.3 SR at 11.47.57 p.m. in the same location.
