TEMPO.CO, Seoul - After rumored to release Bixby globally on August 22, Samsung is now ensuring the launch of the personal assistant internationally.
The South Korean company has just released a short video that clearly shows the global launch of Bixby which will begin on August 22.
According to previous reports, updates that introduce Bixby, Bixby Global Action, Bixby Dictation, Bixby Wakeup and Bixby PLM have been released in many countries, such as Britain, South Africa, India, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Argentina, Afghanistan, Iran, UAE , Australia, Philippines, Malaysia and Pakistan.
However, this Bixby-related feature has not been enabled, so they are not working yet. However, starting today, they can be fully functional.
Not all Samsung phones and tablets will be compatible with new Bixby features and some will be enabled before others.
In related news, a day after Bixby's global launch, on August 23rd, Samsung is expected to unveil its flagship phone, Galaxy Note 8, which will surely support Bixby.
