TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) plans to question four suspects in the bribery graft inflicting Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) members. The bribery is supposedly given so that the BPK will give an unqualified opinion audit for the Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Ministry during the fiscal year of 2016.
"The four suspects are former the ministry's Insp. Gen. Sugito (SUG), treasury chief Insp. Gen Jarot Budi Prabowo (JBP), the BPK's Sub Auditorat III B.2 chief Ali Sadli (ALS), and BPK's chief auditor III Rochmadi Saptogiri (RSG)," KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah said in Jakarta, Tuesday.

The KPK had previously confirmed the return of some amount of money to Sugito. Febri said the money was returned as it had nothing to do with the cases being investigated.
Febri said the money was returned as a form of legal certainty given to the person in question. He didn’t say how much was returned. "I will check for the exact amount. We found the money during a search," he said.
The KPK arrested the four suspects on May 26 at the BPK building and the Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Ministry building.
