“If there’s news reports of Samyang products pulled from the market, I assure you it is not the samyang products that we distribute. [The false reports] has harmed us when we’re actually in the process of submitting our product for MUI approval,” said Korinus’ Sales and Marketing Manager, Endra Nirwana, today.
Endra admits that many news outlets have displayed their products, such as the ‘Mi Instan Hot Chicken Ramen’ and ‘Hot Chicken Ramen Cheese’, where in fact should have been displaying ‘Samyang Mi Instan U-Dong, Nongshim Mi Instan (Shin Ramyun Black), Samyang Mi Instan rasa Kimchi, dan Ottogi Mi Instan (Yeul Ramen).
Endra explained that the banned Samyang products were imported by Koin Bumi as its distributor. The ingredient that contains pork is called policilene.
