TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) announced that a 6-magnitude quake struck Lebak, Banten, at 4.31 am on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
The epicenter of the quake was at a latitude of 8.35 degrees south and a longitude of 104.59 degrees east, 271 kilometers southwest of Lebak, Banten.
The earthquake was recorded at the depth below sea level of 10km. No immediate reports of any damage.
