TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo on Sunday (6/11) held a dialog with Indonesian citizens in Sydney, Australia.
The dialogue was done through a video conference at Bogor Presidential Palace.
On that occasion, President Jokowi expressed his apology to Indonesians in Sydney.
"I would like to apologize because I cannot meet you in person. The circumstance doesn't allow me to leave Indonesia," the President said.
However, the President ensured that the situation has gone back to normal.
President Jokowi also hoped that his working visit to Australia can still be done this month.
"It will be re-scheduled. Prime Minister Turnbull understands the situation," Jokowi said.
