Gatot Brajamusti to be Interrogated in Jakarta Metro Police HQ

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Gatot Brajamusti will be interrogated alternately by the investigators of the Jakarta Metro Police on Monday, October 24th, 2016. The former chief of Indonesian Film Artist Association is now already at the Metro Police HQ.

"Last night we cannot interrogate him further yet because he needs to rest, but we indeed had interrogate him," said Commissioner Awi Setiyono, head of the Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations, at the National Monument (Monas) field, Jakarta, Saturday, October 22, 2016.

Gatot was picked up from the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Police to undergo inspection related to a number of cases, starting from illegal firearm possession, protected animals, sexual harrassment, fraud, and human trafficking. For the illegal drug case in NTB, the status is still P19, which means that the police still have to complete the files needed for the attorney.

According to Awi, Gatot just clarified that he wanted to expose the cases of human trafficking and drug dealer case who was said to be his supplier. "He (Gatot) said that it is (all) false," said Awi.

To date, the police investigators had inspected a number of witnesses in Gatot cases handled by the Jakarta Metro Police. Some movie stars and film directors related to Gatot had been interrogated.
