TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Six companies will hold IPOs until the end of the year.
Samsul Hidayat, director for Corporate Rating at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, said there are currently eight companies ready to fill the pipeline of initial public offerings (IPO), two of whom will hold IPOs on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, namely PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk. and PT Paramita Bangun Persada Tbk.
“Tomorrow will see two initial public offerings. There will be another six [companies] to hold IPOs,” Samsul said Tuesday, September 27, 2016.
Two of the six companies had conducted mini expose last week at the stock market, namely a property company Forza Land and car dealer Honda which is based in Malang, East Java. Both will offer 20% of their respective shares to the public.
The other four companies are PT Megapower Makmur, PT Anugerah Berkah Madani, PT Mayapada Properti Indonesia, and PT Prodia Widyahusada.
“A total of 20 companies may hold IPOs thus far,” Samsul said.
