TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Angkasa Pura II has confirmed that all Lion Air domestic flight routes will be operated through Terminal 1 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang – Banten, starting on August 27, 2016.
The Head of Corporate Secretary and Legal PT Angkasa Pura II Agus Haryadi said all the passengers of Lion Air domestic route are expected to directly head to Terminal 1 for departure.
“Passengers are advised to arrive earlier so that the departure process could go smoothly,” Agus said in an official statement in Tangerang, on Monday, August 29, 2016.
PT Angkasa Pura II has coordinated with related parties to ensure the transfer of several Lion Air flights from the old Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 without any problems.
In the official statement, PT Angkasa Pura II also stated its apology for the inconvenience occurred due to the airline transfer activities. The transfer is aimed to make Soekarno-Hatta International Airport better and able to compete with other world-class airports in ASEAN.
