TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A 6.1-magnitude earthquake hit East Flores District, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) at dawn on Wednesday.
Data and Information Division head, Kupang Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) Class I, Sumawan said the quake took place at 3:39 AM Central Indonesia Time.
The epicenter of the quake was at a latitude of 7.46 degrees south and a longitude of 122.54 degrees east, 537 kilometers below the sea, 105 kilometers north west of East Flores District. There were no immediate reports of any casualty or damage.
