TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The House of Representatives' (DPR) Commission XI has agreed to make changes in the budgets of several state agencies. The changes will include the budgets of the Finance Ministry and the National Development Planning Ministry (Bappenass), and other state agencies that are the Commission's partners.
"The Finance Ministry's budget will be cut from Rp 39.27 trillion to Rp 38.07 trillion," Comission XI Chief Ahmadi Noor Supit said on Monday, June 27, 2016.
The Commission also approved to trim Bappenas' budget from Rp1.46 trillion to Rp1.43 trillion. The Supreme Audit Agency's (BPK) trimmed by Rp32.1 billion to Rp3.43 trillion, and the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) budget is cut to Rp1.61 trillion. And
The meeting also agreed to cut the budget the Central Statistics Agency's (BPS) from Rp 5.43 trillion to Rp 4.86 trillion, and the National Procurement Policy Board (LKPP) has its budget cut by Rp 64.2 billion to Rp 176.6 billion.
