President Jokowi Launches Official Youtube Page

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - After launching his official Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account, President Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo on Saturday at the Bogor Presidential Palace, launched his official Youtube page.

The page, with the address http://youtube.com/c/jokowi, can be accessed starting on Saturday (28/5) at 9 am.

Previously, President Jokowi launched his Twitter account @jokowi and Facebook account (Presiden Joko Widodo) on 21 June 2015, launched the official website of the President www.presidenri.go.id  on 15 December 2015, and his Instagram account on 28 January 2016.

"We must use ways to deliver information. We must leave behind old patterns,” the President said at the State Palace on 4 February 2016.

"Therefore, we have to work with social media to spread peace and tolerance,” he added

For the record, the official Youtube account of President Joko Widodo is a joint production of the Presidential Communication Team with the Bureau of Press, Media and Information of the Presidential Secretariat.
